Rulai’s analytics dashboard provides important KPIs and metrics pertaining to the chat sessions at the event level – in real time. It also provides metrics on how often a workflow was triggered or which workflow generated the most bot confusion, etc. You can submit queries for event level data to perform internal data analysis.
Users can customize dashboard views to show the stats that are the most meaningful based on priorities and needs. Data can be accessed from the Rulai Console dashboard or others using Rulai’s analytics API.
Rulai provides real-time access to raw transcripts of chat sessions – both completed sessions and currently active sessions – in the Console. Native chat can also be downloaded.
Rulai provides a comprehensive API so data can be retrieved from Rulai and integrated into another system or internal dashboard.
